We endeavour to supply you with the best used car parts available, however due to the nature of the material we handle, problems do occasionally arise, and it is our aim to deal with such occurrences as efficiently and painlessly as possible.


We will always try to supply the exact part that our customers require, however due to the variations in make, model, design and years of manufacture we cannot give any guarantee that any parts are correct for the purpose required.  It will help if customers can bring a sample part for comparison, but all sales are made on a strict understanding that the customer is responsible for making sure that parts bought are correct for the purpose required. In the event that a part purchased is not correct for the particular vehicle we will attempt to replace the part with the correct one or money refunded if returned within the 60 day guarantee period.


Any part which is found to be faulty or unserviceable (unless the fault was declared upon purchase) will be exchanged, or money refunded according to circumstances if notification is made within the 60 day guarantee period.


We cannot be held responsible for faults, damage or losses caused by the fitting of parts not done by a professional.


Due to the fact that all second hand parts are auto salvage and the price Is substantially less than new, we do not hold ourselves responsible for any vehicle that has to be kept off the road or any costs incurred whilst a part is being brought back for exchange.


We strongly recommend that on all second hand engines, new cam and auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters and spark plugs should be fitted. We also recommend that on all second hand gearboxes the oil is replaced.  Damage caused by incorrect fitting will void all guarantees.


All guarantees are void if the component is dismantled or tampered with (other than service components).


There will be a 15% handling charge for functional parts correctly supplied by us that are returned.


We strongly recommend that all safety-critical components are fitted by suitably trained technicians.
